The former Bulls baseball player recalls long-ago chatter about a stadium

TAMPA, Fla. — James Rowe was a pitcher and outfielder with the Bulls for three seasons, the final two (2005-06) of Eddie Cardieri’s lengthy tenure and the first (2007) with Lelo Prado running the program. Two decades later, in his third season at his alma mater as the defensive passing game coordinator and safeties coach on Alex Golesh ’s staff, the Cocoa native sees and hears the seemingly countless pieces of equipment moving in and out of the construction site where a football stadium will soon rise.
