MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (WBOY) — With two weeks left before classes are set to begin at West Virginia University, there is a growing buzz on campus.
Resident assistants are back in student housing to train and prepare for the onslaught of college students about to return to Morgantown.
“It's a busy time,” WVU Director of Housing Eric O’Hara said. “[Later this month], we'll have over 4,000 students coming into the residence halls. So they're going to be greeted by volunteers, by university police officers, and residence hall staff. They're going to help get them into the residence hall, get them settled, make it their new home, and then get ready for all the activities that are going to occur throughout the week.”
