FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) - It was a day filled with ribbon cuttings, awards, and tours -- all to welcome a new health care facility to the region.

Eula Hall Health Center isn’t new to the area, but the old building flooded all the time, which impacted how soon people could get health care after heavy rain.

“I mean, I myself have been involved in cleaning it up three times,” said Justin Crace with Eula Hall Health Care. “I worked here for twenty years and each time we would rush and get it back in order because we knew the people needed the services here.”

The new facility is right next to the old building and is complete with handicap accessible X-ray machines, exam tables, and chairs. They will also offer dental services, a pharmacy, behavioral health, and family practice.
