MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A court of appeals upheld the 19-year federal prison sentence for a man charged in connection to the death of Holly Bobo .

Jason Autry , 50, was previously convicted on firearm offenses.

Autry served eight years in prison for solicitation of first-degree murder and facilitation of especially aggravated kidnapping for his role in the death of Holly Bobo in 2011.

Autry was released in 2020 following that sentence.

Just 25 days later, Autry was found in possession of a stolen gun. In November 2022, he pleaded guilty to three counts of being a felon in possession of guns and ammunition.

He was then sentenced to 19 years in prison, with U.S. District Judge S. Thomas Anderson arguing that he had an egregious criminal history.
