Seattle police officers arrested three robbery suspects following an “absolutely vicious” attack on a 42-year-old man in Pioneer Square last night.
On Aug. 6, at about 11:00 p.m., patrol officers responded to an assault in the 300 block of South Main Street. Officers located a victim bleeding from the head. The man was missing his shoes, phone, and wallet.
Police provided the victim medical aid until the Seattle Fire Department (SFD) arrived. SFD transported the man to Harborview Medical Center in serious condition.
Officers found footage of the attack on a video surveillance camera. The reviewing officer described it as “absolutely vicious,” and said it was “one of the most brutal, unprovoked assaults” he has ever seen.
