STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) -- Deputies are searching for the woman who was involved in a deadly hit-and-run.
On Tuesday, deputies with the Stafford County Sheriff's Office (SCSO) responded to a crash in the 2600 block of Richmond Highway. There, they found a man who had been hit by a car, resulting in his death.
SCSO said 21-year-old Gabriela Alejandra Bonilla Flores was identified as the driver who hit and killed the man.
She is wanted for the hit-and-run and will likely be charged with more offenses, SCSO said.
Flores is described to have brown hair and hazel eyes, is around 5’03” and weighs 115 pounds.
SCSO said she is aware that law enforcement is looking for her, and she has been avoiding contact. Her white Audi Q5, which she was driving, has been seized as evidence.
