HARTFORD, Conn. — The beauty of art is that it can mean so many different things to different people, which means there are so many ways it can help people.

Candace Donaldson, the owner of Hartford -based Posh Paint , knows that well.

“Everyone is creative in their own way. It's not a right or wrong way when it involves painting," she said.

Donaldson said she started Posh Paint to make art more accessible, especially in urban communities.

“I wanted to make sure that people can just come out if they want to come out to the park, they can, they have access to paint if I have to bring my painting supplies to them,” she said.
