NORFOLK, Va. — Prices for bags and cups of coffee could be going up after new tariffs went into effect Thursday, but local coffee shops, like Neptune’s Fury Coffee Company, said they’re doing everything they can to beat those rising prices.

Neptune’s Fury Coffee Company serves up craft-made coffee and roasts all their blends right inside of their Norfolk location on Waterside Drive.

With the impact of tariffs on more than 60 countries across the globe — but specifically, a 50% tariff on imports from Brazil — Neptune’s Fury owner, Jason Walker, told 13News Now they have been preparing.
