ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. — Authorities say a traffic stop in July led deputies to two arrests weeks later after an investigation uncovered drugs, guns and evidence of a chop shop in Orangeburg County.
The Orangeburg County Sheriff's Office said deputies initially pulled over a vehicle on July 22 on three traffic violations and soon determined that it included stolen parts. The driver of the vehicle, 23-year-old Arkeria Shardae Savage-Clark, told deputies the car belonged to her boyfriend, 27-year-old Rashard Daiquan Alcott McGlon.
Deputies obtained a search warrant for a home in the 2300 block of Northview Drive in Orangeburg County, where they found nearly 1,046 grams (2.3 pounds) of white rock-like substance they believed was crack cocaine in the attic. Deputies also discovered enough m
