Red Cross gives back-to-school safety tips as Wichita students return to class next week

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - Wichita Public Schools will resume classes next Thursday.

Ahead of the upcoming school year, the American Red Cross of Kansas is urging parents to go over safety precautions.
