POCATELLO — The first Pocatello Potato Festival is almost here — and it’s shaping up to be the event of the summer. On Aug. 23, the heart of Pocatello will come alive with music, laughter and the irresistible smell of fresh, hot French fries.
Hosted by the Museum of Clean and the Children’s Discovery Museum, with generous sponsorship from Simplot, this free, family-friendly festival promises a full day of spud-filled fun.
Live performances by local favorite Steelhead Red will set the tone for dancing and good vibes, while a vibrant vendor market will showcase the best local food trucks in town.
