The Chicago Dogs fell 4-3 to Kansas City on Thursday.

The Dogs got one in the top of the first inning on a wild pitch. Kansas City with a home run and also scored on a wild pitch in the bottom of the inning, then added another against Dogs starter John Baker on an RBI single in the second inning.

The Dogs found their way back when Reggie Pruitt Jr. and Jacob Teter hit back-to-back homers on two straight pitches in the third inning to tie the game 3-3.

Kansas City scored the go-ahead run in the fifth inning on an RBI single from Blake Rutherford.
