Houses sold for £230,809 each on average in the PE13 postcode area. That’s followed by PE4 (Gunthorpe) with an average home sold for £237,107, PE16 ( Chatteris ) with an average home sold for £241,479 and PE2 (Alwalton) with an average home sold for £248,302
