A cyclist has died after two-vehicle collision in downtown Toronto last month.

Toronto police say officers responded to a personal injury call at approximately 6:38 a.m. on July 18.

A man on an e-bike was travelling west on Gerrard Street E., when he collided with a Dodge Ram pick-up truck driving south on Church Street, police said in a news release Thursday.

The 28-year-old cyclist was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries and pronounced dead on July 31.

The driver operating the Dodge Ram was a 57-year-old man, police say.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
