Salvation Army provides nearly 200 school bags to Laredo children

LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - Nearly 200 children received support for their return to school, thanks to the Salvation Army and the community at large.

A collection drive was held at one of the Walmart stores in Laredo, where school bags were distributed to several children over the past few days.

This initiative aimed to assist families with the challenges of back-to-school shopping.
