HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -- Developers in Harrisburg will soon have access to $8 million in funds.
The city announced it will launch an Affordable Housing Development Fund, with the one-time investment aimed at expanding affordable housing options. It will open to applicants who are "qualified developers who have a proven record of building or expanding affordable housing within Harrisburg."
