SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KTXL) - It's the Bibby and Shaq show this season at Sacramento State: head coach Mike Bibby and general manager Shaquille O'Neal.

Well, now fans can make their plans to see the Hornets in action after the schedule was released on Thursday.

The season begins on November 4 against Dominican, a team from San Rafael in the PacWest Conference. That will be the first game at The Well, the new on-campus home after 66 years at The Nest.

Sacramento State will play 14 home games and 16 road games this season. Some of the road games include UCLA (November 18), Cal (November 21) and Baylor (December 2).

Another highly-anticipated road game will be at UC Davis on November 14.

The first conference game for the Hornets is on the first day of 2026, January 1 at Idaho State.
