HORACE — The wait is over for West Fargo Horace. The Hawks are stepping into a new era after making history last season.
In just four seasons, the program has achieved more than many teams do in a decade. From their varsity debut just 35 months ago to winning a Class 2A state title eight months ago, it’s been a fast rise for the Hawks. And the core group of seniors has been there from the start.
“This is like Christmas morning for me, honestly,” said head coach Harvey McMahon.
The excitement around the team is real, especially for senior leaders like linebacker/running back Israel Bauer.
“I’m super excited coming back, just with the legacy we’ve already built. I just want to add on to the legacy. I want to go down as a Horace legend,” said Bauer.
