SPRING CITY, Utah (ABC4) — Nearly a dozen Spring City residents and the nonprofit organization, Friends of Historic Spring City, have filed a lawsuit against the city council over projects they call a threat to the town's historical status.
The lawsuit states that the city council has advanced multiple infrastructure projects, including a watershed project, without following the proper legal steps to advance those projects. This would lead to a rezoning that would threaten the town's historic nature.
