MURRAY – Murray State University dedicated the Charles and Anne Wrather Hoke Mezzanine in Wrather Hall Thursday, paying tribute to the building’s namesake, Dr. Marvin “M.O.” Wrather, and the generous contributions to MSU made by his daughter and her family.
According to MSU’s Blue & Gold alumni magazine, “The rich legacy of the Wrather Family is woven into the history of Murray State University. Dr. Marvin ‘M.O.’ Wrather, a distinguished member of the inaugural graduating class of 1926, played a pivotal role in establishing the foundation of our present-day University.
