Professional wrestling icon Hulk Hogan was laid to rest on Tuesday at the age of 71. However, one member of his family chose to honor the Hulkster independently.

Hogan and his daughter, Brooke, 37, have been at odds since audio that was part of a leaked sex tape lawsuit against Gawker Media captured Hogan using racial slurs and making offensive remarks about Brooke’s dating life.

The comments, which came in 2007 and surfaced in 2015, led to Hogan’s termination from the WWE and removal from its Hall of Fame. Hogan publicly apologized, stating his remarks were “unacceptable” and “not who I am.”

Yet, the familial conflict suggests Brooke, who secretly married former NHL player Steven Oleksy and birthed twins earlier this year, ditched the funeral out of spite.
