A new butcher has opened today (Friday, August 8) in Tunbridge Wells . The doors opened to customers at 8am at Old Spot Butchery in Camden Road.

Owner Sean Maher has been working hard behind the scenes in readiness for the launch. In addition to the free range, and grass fed meat, there are "low intervention wines", craft beers and other stock.

Sean said he had sourced beef from traditional family farm, Broxhall Farm in Pett Bottom in Canterbury . Sean said: "The cattle are born and raised on the farm, graze outdoors from spring to late autumn on there low input permanent grassland, and eat hay and silage which is also produced on the farm during the winter months."
