A "spy dungeon" could be built in China's mega-embassy planned for London right under the UK Government's nose. ‌

Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner has given China two weeks to explain the greyed out and redacted areas in the blueprints for the Cultural Exchange Building at Royal Mint Court near the Tower of London. ‌

However, legal documents show China is allowed to apply its own construction standards in areas of the building exempt from verification, reports the Sun . Conservative Kevin Hollinrake has claimed Rayner's request is "p
