FAIRMONT — The West Virginia Municipal League presented the City of Fairmont with its 2025 All-Star Community Award for Enrichment for the city’s construction of Norwood Park.

League officials presented the award the Municipal League’s annual awards ceremony held Aug. 5. The City of Fairmont was one of nine all-star that were communities recognized this year for outstanding progress.
