The 2025 high school tennis season starts Aug. 11 and ends with state championships on Nov. 1. There's plenty to prove between now and then, and Fayetteville-area squads return a load of talent that includes reigning state champion Terry Sanford.

With new conferences creating new rivalries and all eyes on the Bulldogs' returning title-winners, Cumberland County should see an interesting season unfold.
