Cambridge Drive and Hospital Road: An officer reported at 9:31 p.m. Wednesday that during a traffic stop for a narcotics investigation, the officer had the driver and passenger step from the vehicle. One man finally admitted to having a narcotic plant material on his person. The man stated it was tucked under his groin, he retrieved it and gave it to the officers to collect. The man was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.

Thefts

30 block of Cypress Drive: A woman reported at 2:19 p.m. Wednesday that someone entered her vehicle and stole a phone charger, she stated that the vehicle had no signs of forced entry and it was possible she left it unlocked.
