MIDDLETOWN – The 2025-26 academic year budget for SUNY Orange comes in at $68.7 million with a three percent per semester tuition increase for fulltime students.
College President Dr. Kristine Young tuition is going up just $90 per semester.
“The year that just concluded a fulltime student each semester was paying $2,904 and the year that is coming a fulltime student would be paying $2,994, so only an increase of $90 per semester for a fulltime student,” she said.
The state and Orange County also contribute to the bottom line at the college. The new budget is also applying $500,000 from its fund balance to round out the spending plan.
