MINNEAPOLIS — A large police presence investigated a scene near Loring Park early Friday morning.

Several police cars were parked at Nicollet Avenue and West 14th Street.

Upon arrival, KARE 11's photographer saw bullets and bullet casings on the ground. An ambulance was also seen pulling away from the scene.
