The truth hurts

Regarding the Smithsonian’s need to update a less-than-flattering placard about Donald Trump:

This never would have been an issue if our current president was a man of truth and integrity. Because he isn’t remotely principled and thinks he shouldn’t have been twice impeached, it is an issue. As a manchild and wannabe dictator, Trump has been known to seek revenge against people or institutions that cross him.

I trust that the future exhibit, as the museum has promised, will rightly include information about all presidential impeachments. Whitewashing the past accomplishes nothing and is a disservice to the American people.
