CIRCLEVILLE TOWNSHIP, OH — A distracted driver with no insurance caused a rear-end collision with a farm truck towing a horse trailer on U.S. Route 23 in Circleville Township, Pickaway County, on August 3, 2025, according to an Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) crash report.

The incident occurred at 3:53 p.m. on US-23. Connor Logan Carr, 25, of Beaver, Ohio, was driving a 2015 Toyota Corolla northbound when he became distracted inside the vehicle. Carr’s car struck the rear of a 2020 Toyota Tundra pickup truck, driven by Thomas Eugene Vosick, 41, of Kimbolton, Ohio, which was towing a trailer carrying horses. The farm truck sustained minor damage, while Carr’s vehicle suffered disabling damage and was towed by A & L Towing.
