Frank Lampard continues to look to bring in new signings to strengthen his Coventry City squad in the remaining three weeks of the summer transfer window.
The head coach says he has an idea of how many players he wants to add and insists he wants to keep his best players in the process.
Asked if he’s looking to do any more business on top of the three players who have already joined – loan goalkeeper Carl Rushworth and full-backs Kaine Kesler-Hayden and Miguel Angel Brau – the Sky Blues boss said: “We’ll see. I mean, there’s no point in me talking about it and jumping into the future because for the minute the squad is what it is, so we’ll see.”
Asked if he feels like he’s been backed by Doug King to do the business that he wants to do, he said: “Well it’s always constant isn’t it.
