(Sturgis, SD) — Crowds keep growing at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, with more than 370-thousand vehicles counted through the first six days. The South Dakota Department of Transportation says this year’s rally is pacing 11 percent ahead of the five-year average, with nearly 60-thousand vehicles rolling in on Wednesday alone. Monday marked the busiest day so far, with over 96 thousand. While this year’s traffic is strong, especially for the 85th anniversary, it’s still trailing behind the massive turnout for the 75th back in 2015.
