GREENSBORO, N.C. — UPDATE (4:15 p.m.): A 36-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the missing infant. John Austin, Jr., was charged with misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor and misdemeanor resisting, delaying and obstructing an investigation.

A 10-day-old boy reported missing from Greensboro early Friday has been found safe, according to the North Carolina Center for Missing Persons. The Amber Alert for the child has been cancelled.
Greensboro police said the baby, identified as Courtez Austin, was the subject of an Amber Alert issued Friday morning. He was last seen around 8:30 p.m. Thursday on the 3500 block of Calumet Place.
