Four Michigan men accused of running an operation that sold counterfeit colognes and perfumes have been charged, officials said Thursday.

Their arrests follow the largest ever counterfeit retail product seizure in the state, Michigan Attorney Dana Nessel said Thursday in a post on X .

Bilal Ahmed, 28, of Warren, Shuba Barua, 29, of Sterling Heights, Ahasan Khan, 28, of Sterling Heights, and Kyle McIntyre, 38, of Port Huron, have been charged by Nessel's office with multiple crimes in connection with the scheme.

Ahmed has not yet been arraigned, but his three co-defendants were formally charged in court on Thursday, according to records.
