(Dickinson, ND) — A Dickinson man is in custody for allegedly assaulting a delivery driver. Authorities say Curry McCarty Junior was arrested on Tuesday after allegedly shooting a delivery driver in the face with a BB gun. The driver claims he was searching for the owner of the groceries he was delivering when McCarty approached him. The 19-year-old was charged with aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon and reckless endangerment.
