MISSOURI — More than 550,000 individuals use air ambulance services annually, with prices reaching up to $200,000 per flight. However, Grace on Wings, a nonprofit air ambulance charity service, is trying to help those in need, one flight at a time. The organization has flown 773 flights with 46 missions in and out of the state of Missouri.
