Learn about I-81 construction planned for South Side, downtown Syracuse at open house

Residents and others interested in learning more about the first stretch of Interstate 81 construction in downtown Syracuse have been invited to an open house from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.

The informal open house will be held at the Institute of Technology at Syracuse Central, 258 East Adams St., in Syracuse.
