New polling data has unveiled the most popular member of the Royal Family in Britain, and it's not the Princess of Wales as one might expect. Instead, Kate was pipped to the post by her husband, Prince William.

A whopping 74% of Britons hold a positive opinion of the heir apparent, according to YouGov's latest findings. Kate trails just behind in second place with 71%, while Princess Anne clinches third spot with 70%.

The King comes in fourth, with 59% of Britons expressing a favourable view of the monarch. Meanwhile, Prince Andrew has once again been voted the least popular royal, with a staggering 87% of Britons holding a negative view of him.
