The Adventure Begins Comics, Games and More —along with its upstairs counterpart, The Adventure Stadium —is not just a retail destination. It’s a gathering place where passions are shared, friendships are formed and everyone is welcome.

Founded in 2019 by Bill Sheely , The Adventure Begins was originally meant to be a retirement project, but the store quickly outgrew its humble beginnings.

“What started as a small passion project has turned into something so much bigger than any of us imagined,” general manager Kolton Coats said. “It’s become a welcoming space where collectors, gamers and fans can come together and just be themselves.”
