The arts are being recognized and celebrated within Springfield youth, thanks to a new program from Hope for Youth & Families .
The organization, created to support youth from underserved communities in Greater Springfield, hosted a months long arts program called Hope Center for the Arts .
The arts center was born from a massive project to transform and reinvent former CityStage, a 39,500 square foot facility in downtown, inside the Columbus Center parking garage on Bridge Street.
With Pride Stores founder Robert Bolduc at the helm to transform the space, the new Hope Center for the Arts serves to address “the critical need for accessible and equitable arts programs by serving as a creative community hub for youth arts organizations in Springfield and the surrounding region.”
