A promising teen footballer who lost his lower legs in a horror car crash has said he'll "never forgive" the drink-driver behind the wheel. ‌

Adam Golebiewski, 18, from Banff, suffered life-changing injuries in a car crash on Union Road in MacDuff , Aberdeenshire , on September 8 last year. ‌

The then 17-year-old was a passenger in Arran Paterson's vehicle and was rushed to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary where medics were his legs were amputated below the knee. ‌

The goalkeeper with junior side Deveronside received a double amputation and underwent rehabilitation at the city's Woodend Hospital for around three months. After a gruelling recovery, where in which he celebrated his 18th birthday, he was fitted for prosthetics .
