A 16-year-old Birmingham City fan who was 'volleyed' in the head by a hooligan said he was lucky not have been 'killed'.
The college student lost three teeth and suffered a broken skull, jaw and nose after being 'flying kicked' by Cameron Brockman at the Masons Arms in Solihull .
Moments before he had been punched and kicked by two men in a separate attack and was just trying to pick himself up from the floor.

He does not remember Brockman, then aged 19, delivering the cowardly blow but recalled coming around in a shop, seeing a lot of blood and realising he had lost a number of teeth.
The boy said: "I am always thinking about what could have been and how much worse it could have been.
"I was seriously
