Notre Dame fans are hoping this is the season where the team’s passing game comes alive. Part of that hope is Malachi Fields. The Irish picked up Fields from the transfer portal out of Virginia where he was tied for seventh nationally in consecutive games with a reception (27). In his 36 career games he has grabbed 129 catches for 1,849 yards and 11 touchdowns.
