OREGON, Ohio — Chick-fil-A is planning to open a location in Oregon, according to a public notice from the city.

The city wrote in the notice that its Architectural Design Review Committee is planning to meet on Aug. 11 at 3:30 p.m. to review the building design proposed for the fast food eatery. The building's planned location is at 2850 Navarre Ave.

According to Google Maps, this location is in a currently empty lot next to a Culver's restaurant.

Currently, there aren't any Chick-fil-A locations east of the Maumee River in Lucas County; the proposed Oregon location would be the first. The most recent location to open in the area was in Maumee , which opened its doors in December 2024.

There's no word yet on when the location would be set to open.
