ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Mich. (WNDU) - An 86-year-old Constantine man is dead after a crash on Thursday night involving an RV and an SUV.

It happened around 8 p.m. at the intersection of Youngs Prairie Road and U.S. 131 in Constantine Township.

According to Michigan State Police, the SUV and RV crashed after the 86-year-old driver of the SUV failed to yield to oncoming traffic while turning left from Youngs Prairie onto U.S. 131.

Police say the SUV driver died at the scene. He has not been identified yet.

The driver of the RV, a 48-year-old Caledonia man, reportedly suffered minor injuries.
