LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)-- A child died after an accident involving farming equipment on Thursday in Lancaster County.
Pennsylvania State Police responded to the area of Cherry Hill Road in Paradise Township on August 7, 2025, after a report that a child was injured by farm equipment.

Police said an investigation determined that two juveniles were in a skid steer cleaning a barn. The victim, a six-year-old child, attempted to exit the vehicle when the other child, a 14-year-old, lowered the machine's arms, striking the victim in the head.
The victim was transported to Lancaster General Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries sustained during the incident, according to police.
