Loved ones are mourning a young boy who was killed in a farming accident in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
The incident occurred on Thursday, Aug. 7, around 3:30 p.m. on Cherry Hill Road in Paradise Township. A 14-year-old boy and a 6-year-old boy were inside a skid steer and cleaning a barn. The teen, who was operating the skid steer, lowered the machine’s arms and accidentally struck the 6-year-old boy on the head, police said.

The boy was taken to Lancaster General Hospital where he died from his injuries. Pennsylvania State Police ruled his death as accidental. They have not revealed the boy’s identity.
