CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office arrested a Halfmoon man on Thursday amid a sex crime investigation involving a minor. Thomas Cipriano, 53, is facing multiple charges.

Cipriano allegedly restrained a child younger than 15 years old and tried to engage the minor in sexual activity in Clifton Park on August 1, according to detectives. Cipriano was reportedly operating as a ride share driver during the incident.
