A pair of Duluth artists are scrambling to the drawing board after learning that their State Fair building was accidentally sold with less than two weeks before the Great Minnesota Get-Together begins.

Anna and Nathanael Bailey, the husband-and-wife duo behind Bailey Builds, shared on social media late Thursday that their custom-made building – with all of its walls, flooring, signage and lights – is gone and they're trying to come up with an alternative for the fast-approaching event.

According to the post, the shipping container which keeps the Bailey Builds structure safe during the off-season got mixed up with another container owned by a Twin Cities storage company, which has held onto the Baileys' container for many years.
