Trump and Putin will meet “in the coming days” in a bilateral meeting to discuss the war in Ukraine, the Kremlin said this week after Trump’s special envoy, Steve Witkoff, met Putin in Moscow on Wednesday.
Trump hailed the meeting as “highly productive” with “great progress made” but no palpable results have been shared publicly.
The Kremlin denied that the Ukrainian President Volodymr Zelensky would participate in the upcoming leaders talks.
